Our response to Coronavirus
In response to the latest government guidelines announced on the 4th January 2021, we have sadly closed our showroom and office to visitors until further notice. We will remain operational with skeleton staff, following all the Governments advice and guidelines. Rest assured, we are set up to continue to serve you as well as we can over the coming weeks:
Staff remain available via both phone and email.
We are continuing to take orders and make deliveries.
Our website and telephone system are operating as usual, and we continue to have significant levels of ‘in stock’ products.
All our delivery providers are now working to contactless delivery methods as standard.
Our Hygiene Measures
We are following stringent hygiene practices:
We have ensured that all colleagues have access to hand-washing facilities and hand sanitisers.
We have sent, and continue to send, guidance to all colleagues on government and NHS guidelines.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our delivery vehicles, using anti-viral products.
Our warehouse and delivery colleagues are wearing disposable gloves to conduct all duties.
