Thinking of asking a signage company to help you get your message across?

Here are six questions it will be very useful to ask them.

 

 1: What’s your track record?

When choosing a sign company it is always useful to know about their history.

Ask them therefore about their track record and also what people think about the quality of their work.

2: How do you find out what I want?

We begin by taking a detailed briefing which enables us to fully understand your budget and what you’re aiming to achieve. With this, we can then bring you the very best recommendation and signage solution.

3: Can I see some examples of your work?

You’ll need to know that the signage company you’re dealing is not a one trick pony.

4: How will I know what the final sign will look like?

The last thing you want is to have your idea of what the signage will look like, but then to be disappointed when you finally see it.

At City Signs we can provide mock up artwork showing what your sign will look like in situ.

And we will not start work on anything, until we know you’re happy.

 

5: What’s the timescale for delivery?

You need to be reassured that the commission will be completed on time.

At City Signs we take care when agreeing delivery timescales and this all stems from the initial briefing.

The more lead time you can give us the better, but we do understand that sometimes things need to be turned around swiftly.

Therefore even if your deadline is tight we may be able to meet it or, if this is not possible, bring you a temporary solution such as a low-cost installation whilst your more permanent sign is made.

Ask about this so that you have a clear idea of what payment’s required and when.

At City Signs we’re very transparent about our pricing and following an agreed quotation, most of our work is invoiced up front with payment on completion.

You’ll know therefore exactly where you are at any point and you’ll be able to budget accordingly.
